4. Standard :Normally use Acrylic glass for safety cover,meet CE standard.

 Mechanical parts adopts S.S,Steel with chrome plating,and strong corrossion resistance material with good surface spraying

 Products infeeding&collecting conveyer belt is driven by servo motor,equipped with rooftop chain to load products,equidistance transfer the products.

 Carton staging area can settle 80-120pcs paper pat,can be implemented at any time.

 Auto forming device equipped with servo pneumatic parts to absorb the case and open it,with bottom flapped.

 Case rotating device:adopts pneumatic parts to performance all the actions,using vacuum suction cup and rodless pneumatic parts to transfer and rotate the case into vertical status.

 Mechanical arm infeeding device:using SIEMENS servo motor drives mechanical arm to grab the products and transfer into case,adopt vacuum suction cup to suction products,with quick speed and high precise position.

 case size changeover time is 3-8 minutes.

 Control System:Adopts SIEMENS PLC and TP900 color touch screen,have auto running mode and manual mode,HMI has the whole machine operating function;can display the current and amount packing quantity,and the data can be printed out connecting with printer machine.Fast and accurate setting procedure changeover.Control Panel adopts electro soft touch screen and control button,can input directly and modify the packing parameters,also can storage several packing parameters;Real time monitoring all the running process.All the working process have the detecting sensor.Having the function of autodiagnosis function,when the malfunction happened,machine stop automatically and the alarm light is on,the fault information displayed on the HMI. The whole machine run steadily,and the machine speed can be settled according to the upstream machine.

 Machine meets safety operation&safety running norms and standards.All the lubricating parts are in centralized location,easy operation and all the lubricating parts have protection and no pollution to products.
